Galina Feldsherova graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2002. While still in school, she clerked at numerous law firms, exploring various areas of law.
Through her internships with Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and National Labor Relations Board, she acquired knowledge in employment and labor disputes and negotiations. After graduation, she chose civil litigation and appellate practice in private sector as her main career path.
Prior to founding Kopelevich & Feldsherova, PC in 2010, Ms. Feldsherova successfully handled and litigated personal injury and business disputes matters as plaintiff's counsel as well as provided insurance defense for a few mid-size insurance carriers.
Once Kopelevich & Feldsherova, PC, was founded, she brought all her acquired skills and training to the benefits of her clients. At the firm, she handles cases from inception to trial. In addition to being actively involved in the firm's caseload of collection cases and appellate practice, she also defends clients in libel and defamation cases, professional malpractice cases, and declaratory actions. Since becoming admitted to practice in federal courts, she began defending the firm’s clients in federal fraud and RICO actions.
She also consults clients on business formations, negotiations, contracts, sales and acquisitions as well as employment disputes.
